《在爸爸們的飯桌一起交換食譜》 是一部半虛構短片，講述三位朋友在一間即將搬離的奧斯陸公寓中，交換各自從家庭繼承而來的食譜。他們一邊煮食、一邊進食，影片也在日常親密的氛圍中，慢慢揭示各自與父親之間尚未解開的記憶、矛盾與情感遺產。
公寓在作品中成為一個臨時的家庭舞台：既是共同生活的空間，也是即將離開的地方。食物在安慰與對峙之間移動。每一道家傳食譜都帶着家庭歷史、照顧、沉默與父親的痕跡。餐桌旁的友誼，成為一種暫時承托那些難以直接說出口之事的方法。
影片將日常寫實與超現實的暗流並置。餐桌下與公寓中的神秘細節，輕輕干擾了飯局的溫暖，也暗示角色與父親之間未被處理的關係。家庭歷史並沒有真正離開，而是以氣味、食物、動作與沉默的方式，滲入朋友之間的共同生活。

Daddy’s Dinner is a semi-fictional film following three friends who share inherited family recipes in a soon-to-be-vacated apartment in Oslo. As they cook and eat together, the film gently reveals unresolved paternal memories and emotional tensions that linger beneath the surface of their friendship.
The apartment becomes a temporary domestic stage: a place of intimacy, transition, and departure. Food moves between comfort and confrontation. Each recipe carries traces of family history, care, silence, and the emotional legacy of fathers. Around the dining table, friendship becomes a way to hold what is difficult to say directly.
Blending everyday realism with surreal undercurrents, Daddy’s Dinner allows strange details beneath the table and inside the apartment to disturb the warmth of the meal. These subtle disruptions point towards the unresolved relationships between the characters and their fathers, suggesting that family history is never fully absent from shared domestic life.
Through cooking, eating, and storytelling, the film reflects on masculinity, friendship, inheritance, and the quiet ways paternal trauma is carried across generations. Daddy’s Dinner asks whether a meal can become a space where inherited pain is not solved, but temporarily held, tasted, and shared.
